Why should you use Servo Cool-Cut?

  • Long Drain:

  • EP Additives Added:
    - No welding of metal on cutting-tool tip 
    - Increasing tool life.
  • Good Emulsifier:
    - Easily soluble in water.
  • High Dispersant Formula:
    - Low surface tension - after turn-off the machine and work piece are free of any coolant deposits.

    - Keeps the grinding wheels glaze free 
    - Extends dressing time.

  • Turning Operations
    - Servo Cutting Oil 1 Liter : Water 15 Liters
  • All other Operations
    - Servo Cutting Oil 1 Liter : Water 20 Liters

Aluminium and Copper:

  • Grinding Operations
    - Servo Cutting Oil 1 Liter : Water 2 Liters
  • Turning Operations
    - Servo Cutting Oil 1 Liter : Water 3 Liters
  • All other Operations
    - Servo Cutting Oil 1 Liter : Water 5 Liters

Note : Mixing Ratios can be adjusted as per requirement of the operation.
